Hi, I’m Helen Singleton — Founder of Worldwise Studio and an operations leader passionate about helping businesses scale with clarity, structure, and purpose.

My background spans veterinary, finance, cybersecurity, and high-growth SaaS organizations — from local startups to global corporations. Across industries and company stages, I’ve seen the same pattern: as businesses grow, complexity grows with them. Teams expand, priorities multiply, and the systems that once worked begin to strain.

I operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping leadership teams turn ambitious growth plans into practical, sustainable operating structures. My work focuses on building the operational foundations that allow businesses to scale effectively — clear organizational design, defined ownership, meaningful metrics, and systems that support better decision-making.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with and implemented a range of proven business operating frameworks, including Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), The Great Game of Business, Lean Six Sigma, Scaling Up, and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Rather than applying any single model rigidly, I draw from these approaches to design operational systems that fit each organization’s unique stage, culture, and goals.

Having worked in industries like finance and cybersecurity, I also bring a strong appreciation for governance, risk management, and operational resilience — without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy.
